Return & Refund
Frootas is committed to ensure seamless customer experience throughout the ordering process. We recognize the fact that there will be discrepancies along the way and all issues will be resolved in accordance with the following guidelines.
- Order delivery time will be dependent on the address pin code.
- All orders below INR 999 will be levied with a delivery fee of INR 30.
- There is no delivery cost for orders above INR 999.
- Our courier partner Shiprocket or Shyplite complete delivery of orders.
- Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Cancellation
- Due to logistical constraints, order placed, shipped and paid for cannot be cancelled or returned.
- An order will be deemed cancelled with full refund if delivery time exceeds 15 days.
- No returns will be initiated if the product does meet the expectations of the buyer.
Exchange & Refund
- Exchange requests will be processed only if damaged products are reported within 48 hrs of delivery.
- Refund for damaged products will be in the form of Frootas points.
The management at Frootas values believes that customer experience is paramount in building a brand. The policies on return, exchange, refund and cancellation are not rigid. Frootas is open to special requests and will process them based on merit.
